Nyxy finishes the drink Drake had made for her, while her nerves were a little less frayed she still was wracked with worry. Drake glanced at her "you have to be strong Nyxy." She stared up at him "I know, I just wonder if we will be able to save him." Drake sat back in his chair "the odds are heavily stacked against us now that we know who is behind it. But there is still a chance." Nyxy nods to him then asks "sire how do ye do it? How do you keep in control? Cool and composed? I used to think ye did not feel anything at all." Drake smirks "I feel things Nyxy, while it may not register to the untrained eye I feel emotions just as you. It is natural for me to keep it reigned in, that is just how I have always been. It is not about control; I only show my feelings to those worthy of seeing them. You are not so different, I recall you waiting until the others left to show how upset you were when you thought Dee had perished. And the way you kept your anger in when I told you to reconsider your association with Jack. Being stoic in the face of everything is an ability not many have." She nods to his words "I try, but I feel like I am coming apart. If he dies..." Drake stops her "do not focus on that Nyxy you can't if you wish to truly help him." She hugs herself nodding "Ye are right I know it...Damn I am supposed to meet with Aoyama Yuki tonight. She wants to see if I am worthy of one of her blades." Drake nods "I have heard of her she is an intense woman, she would make a fine mentor for you. And perhaps going to her tonight will help get your into focus for what needs to be done." Nyxy sighed to him "I fear I shall not impress her with where me mind is Sire." Drake reaches over and takes her hand "Jack needs you to focus Nyxy, if this being can help you become stronger it will benefit him." Nyxy stares into his eyes not bothering to hide her sadness "but what if Demetrius kills him before I can learn anything?" Drake squeezes her hand "you cannot think about that, just him being taken in on an official raid will be enough to give us time. Demetrius probably wants Draconis to show a display like the other evening. Go to Yuki and focus let her help you unlock that gift I know you have."

Drake nods "I will summon the others; we will formulate a plan while you speak to Yuki. Remember you are not alone in this Nyxy, we will do what we can to save Jack." Nyxy stood and bowed "and we will destroy the being responsible for this sire, Jeeves death will not be in vein." Drake this time gave her a sad nod then frowned "go you do not want to keep Ms. Aoyama waiting."
He watched her leave with a sigh, their family was facing a very dangerous set of obstacles. But there was no going back, they would have their vengence for the wrongs done to them. He goes to summon the others, it was time to formulate a plan of attack.
