Wilbur
He is about 60 years old former member of the NDF (and romored to be a former black opps soldier ). He probably would of died doing that if his only sibling a sister and her husband had not died in the cataclysm and left their only child behind. That is when Wilbur retired to take care of his niece, a little redheaded spit fire named Claudette.

Jolene remembers the day she met Wilbur she had been heading to one of the local bars to dance and entertain the customers, when some of the local gang members decided that they wanted to have some entertainment themselves.

As Wilbur walk up he saw a young woman with a torn dress and what looked like a piece of broken pipe in her hand trying to defend herself against four young males. Wilbur thought he might let this play out and see what would happen, he saw one of the males rush in only to be brought down by a blow to the head. Than as the one male was going down another one rushed in only to miss Jolene as she quickly sidestepped,she than told them if that is the best they could do than it was no wonder thery had to attack a defenceless woman in an alley. At that statement they all rushed her at once.Just as they were about to grab her Wilbur spoke up and suggested they leave her alone. They turn to look who said that and as they were about to rush Wilbur one of them said that they reconized him and that it might be a good idea to leave before they did not have the ability to do so on their own.

Wilbur just chuckled to himself and thought that Jolene reminded him of his niece. As he appoarches her she holds the pipe at the ready but than thinks better of it and low it as she falls to her knees in tears. Wilbur says follow me . And turns and leaves Jolene looks around quickly and decides to follow him they walk a short way to his house. When they arrive Wilbur states that she Jolene is welcome to stay. That was 10 years that she stay as Jolene fell in love with Claudette and Wilbur they became the only family she knew.
