Hope

Off in a corner at Snakes place, Nyxy journeys deep Inside her mind. She  is still in a meditative pose as she relaxes her mind to prepare for the mission to rescue Dee.

Opening her eyes she looks around the spiritual place within her. It was lit by a soft glow, she got up and walked about the area her boots stepping in soft sand. A woman in a red robe stood making lines in the sand with a rake like object. Another in a deep blue robe sat rocking back and forth clearly distressed. The woman raking pauses and looks up "oh you are here" Nyxy nods seeing her own face on the woman "I have to prepare." She nods "yes I thought you might." Nyxy glanced over to the being rocking back and forth, its hair was covering its face. "Who is that?" She asks and her form who was raking sighed "another form of us, the one you need to conquer before you undertake this mission or you will kill us all. You may have me tamed for now, but it is she who you truly have to master." Nyxy raised an eyebrow at the being then slowly approached "eh hello dear?" The female looked up at Nyxy like her beast she was battle weathered and scarred but instead of anger she whimpered then took off running. Nyxy blinked while the other one sighed "you see while you may have conquered our rage, you neglected to pay attention to the fear. You ignore it, push it to the side act as if it does not exist. But it is here and strong." Nyxy sighed "always a damn inner battle..." The beast smirked "yes, you know we can always go back to how you used to be and I'll just eat that fear right up." Nyxy smirked "oh no we are on a peaceful path you get back to your Zen or else." She tapped her sword. The beast sighed "Fine." She goes back to raking "but I would go after that one if she gets to our center it won't be good."

Nyxy followed the foot prints of fear and sighed seeing it huddled against a tree. Large flower blossoms fell down covering Fear's head with petals as she rocked back and forth. Nyxy keeping her distance speaks "I won't get too close so please don't run. I just wan't to know what I can do to help ye." Fear looked up at her locking eyes then looks down "no help, no hope, give up while you still can." Nyxy smirked "well you and I both know I be a bit too stubborn to do that." Fear frowns "you won't be able to save her, or even if you do you may end up losing or hurting someone you care for. We can't be happy ever, you need to accept that." Nyxy nods and sits "you know a strong part of me believes that, I look at all the mess that's gone on lately, all the guilt I hold in me for me part in it. And yeah I get why you feel that way, but you know it hasn't been all bad right?" Fear stares at her "yeah but we still fuck stuff up don't we?" Nyxy shrugged "I never claimed to be a perfect being ye know. But for all the fuck ups we still have it pretty good." Fear frowned "you mean you have it, no one wants me ever." Nyxy smiled "that's not true, I need ye just like I need her over there. Fear is not fun no, but it keeps me from doing the truly stupid. You have kept me alive more than you can ever know." Fear blinks at her words "really?" Nyxy nods smiling at her "yeah though I wish ye would stay out of me love life, whenever I am about to face something dangerous Id rather have ye having my back then any other sense. Because you make sure that I do not do anything foolish and help me think." Fear sighed "you're good." Nyxy chuckled "I try dear, look this is not going to be easy. I do feel like something may go wrong. But that is why I need you, only whole can I conquer things." Fear sighed again then stood "I suppose I don't have a choice now do I?" Nyxy shrugged "you could avoid me but she or the other would capture you eventually." The beast finishes raking and Fear blinks "the other?" A figure in pure white approaches and Nyxy nods to her "yes there she be now." Fear stared at the form and blinked as she holds out her hand. "Who are you?" The figure smiled "I am her hope, its time for all of us to be one okay?" Fear glanced at Nyxy who nods while the beast rolls her eyes "you just think you know everything don't you?" Nyxy shrugged "I know I need all of ye to be balanced so get along or else." The four of them join hands and Nyxy feels herself glow with an inner light. Hope speaks "our vitae has become changed yet again, as we grow stronger so does our honor. Use this new ability wisely, for it can be abused and lost." Nyxy nods to her "I will only use it if absolutely neccessary thank you..


Nyxy opened her eyes a little while later she was hungry but not overly so, she knew soon Drake would call upon her to get things underway. With hope now inside her guiding the other two she was now able to focus on the task at hand.
