Siegfried has been the Prince of Vancouver for seven decades, during which time he brokered a deal that secured a truce between the local Kindred and Garou (Werewolves) since the late 20th century. This truce has been faltering of late, causing many of the local Kindred to wonder if he is slowly losing his grip, not only on the Garou, but on his Domain as well.
