I'd like to lay out some of the house rules for our chronicle just to make certain things clear.
Experience: I'll be awarding a base amount of experience each time a player participates in a session. The amount will be the same for each player, but the amount will vary depending on how productive a session is. The amount awarded will range from 1 to 5. With 1 being "little to no story progress", and 5 being "All planned events, plus side quests". I will also be awarding bonus experience for roleplaying, creative solutions to challenges, amongst other things.
New Characters New characters in the chronicle will start as humans. As such, they will begin with 10 humanity points. All characters start broke and homeless, so no points will be allowed in "backgrounds". These points will be awarded only through gameplay. New Characters have the following points to spend: Attributes: 3/4/6 Abilities: 4/7/11 Virtues: 7

I have decided to restrict certain stats from being increased with experience, for story reasons. This is not to say that these stats cannot be increased. Everything that is restricted will have a way of being improved.
Disciplines - Some can be taught, others must be gained thru diablerie. Backgrounds - Can be increased thru gameplay or forum activity. Humanity - You'll have to get creative in how you deal with your inner beast..
