Do vampires really dream?

Nyxy laid in her normal comatose state in the tent with her Coterie, who was also sprawled about the tent. Its thick canvas protected them from the Sun's light. Her mind seemed to awaken though, and she found herself walking threw a mist like area her long hair swaying as she looked around. She saw Terra in wolf form, their eyes locked and Terra then howled. A group of wolves run pass Nyxy gathering around Terra sitting in complete obedience. Terra continued to lock eyes with Nyxy their traded glances giving a mutual understanding. A large black wolf leapt down from above rolling around with Terra, the group of wolves howling and snarling as they tussled. Nyxy thought they were fighting at first then blinked as they nuzzled one and other the other wolves settling down. "Is this your peace?" Nyxy asked. Terra did not answer only went back to nuzzling the other wolf. Nyxy felt a chill behind her then a hand on her bare shoulder "It's tempting isn't it Darlin? But they are beasts, we only have the beasts inside us we cannot let ours take over. Don't you go and lose yourself, I am waiting back home for you." She turned to look as Jack faded away. Nyxy hugged herself sighing she wanted to be back home, as freeing as this island was away from the politics and drama it was not her life. As she turned to walk away in her dream Terra calls "he is not completely right the beast in side you can only be controlled for so long. And he is as wild as you are, one day you may end up giving in fully." Nyxy turned back and Terra and her pack was gone. She shivered opening her eyes the tent was dark the others still lying still. This was the first time she dreamt in a long time, and now she wished her kind did not do such things...
